Is Ajman the next Emirate to watch out in terms of Hotel Development in UAE? The coastline between Ajman and Umm Al Qwaim is amazing, and could lead to several sea front hotels development. Luxury Indian Brand Oberoi Group has reportedly signed an agreement with Al Zorah Development Company (a joint venture formed by the Government of Ajman and Dubai-based Solidere International) to operate a luxury resort on the north coast of Ajman, UAE. The Al Zorah Resort will have 113 rooms and suites; the hotel is expected to cover 100,000 m² with 290 of beachfront. Construction has already started on the resort and completion is expected by summer 2015.

It doesn't matter how much data you can store or process if your analysis isn't yielding valuable business insights. Yet it seems many businesses tend to put all of their time and resources into storing and maintaining their data rather than improving their analysis process. Failure to prevent bad data is a huge gamble to make and one you will regret eventually. Contact RSVP Hospitality to discuss your data insights and to what impact it could link on your profitability.

Success Stories: "Wonderful opportunity for hoteliers to be ahead of the game". Tamir Kobrin, General Manager of New Delhi's top ranked property, believes that the most important marketing mechanism for his Leela Palace is guests who have stayed, had a positive experience, and gone on to talk about it. TripAdvisor -- the platform through which many of those guests share impressions -- is an important source of new referrals for his hotel. It's also, Kobrin says, "a wonderful opportunity for hoteliers to be ahead of the game." He and his staff use traveler feedback to constantly improve. Hear from Kobrin himself how user-generated content both brings in new business and helps his team constantly raise their game.

With the new flights route synergies development between Saudi Arabia and UAE, your consumer statistics should clearly show an increase of Saudi Nationals at your hotels and business portfolio from Quarter 4 onwards.
The existing flight routes from Saudi Airlines / Emirates / Etihad are targeting Business Consultants/High End and prove to be very expensive to fly between Jeddah or Riyadh to Dubai or Abu Dhabi over USD 800 for a 3 hour round trip in Economy.
Thanks to the effort of other flight carriers, this should not be a problem anymore for Saudi clients who aim to visit UAE, with recent announcement of brand new Fly Route for NAS AIR - www.flynas.com (Al Maktoum International Airport - New one) and RAK Airways -www.rakairways.com (Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, 45Mn from Dubai Emirate) that will bring Saudi passengers at correct and competitive air fares prices. A major reveal for UAE hoteliers to welcome this massive clientele to the different hotel establishments.

You aim at getting more Brazilian clients with an english content. That will not work, as RSVP Hospitality met with several Hotel Consultants in Brazil, and they claim Brazilian surely speak Brazilian, Portuguese and Spanish for some extent. So follow the initiative of Abu Dhabi Tourism, and add your content in that language. Ensure that you may also have 2-3 portuguese speaking staffs in your hotel, and that should be a good start.
