The Dribblers Basketball Academy will be embarking on a tour to Sri Lanka this summer from 30th July to the 4th of August 2017. The excitement is building up as the two teams, The Minors & Seniors Teams leave to Sri Lanka soon on their thrilling venture. The Dribblers will battle against reputed Schools and Academies in Sri Lanka. Matches have been scheduled in Colombo, Kurunegala and Kandy this year. Months of dedicated training has been put in by the coaches, to gear up the teams and the players are now confident and ready to face the ultimate challenge ahead of them in Sri Lanka.
The main objective of this tour is to give our players the experience of playing in a competitive environment embracing challengers with an undying team spirit to achieve a common goal. It takes only a player to shoot a basket, but a team to win the game. This is what we cultivate at Dribblers…. Moreover, this tour will provide our players the opportunity to demonstrate the skills and techniques learnt during training sessions and give them the exposure to practical experience. This will enhance and develop their individual and team skills, thus providing players the opportunity to bring out the best potential in their performance.
We are proud to say that Dribblers is not only a Basketball Academy, we are a family…. Looking forward to a great tour!!
