Dear GFC fans,
Knowing that some of you were not satisfied by the last minute replacement of Patrice Quarteron for the superfight against Badr Hari.
We would like to extend our sincere apologies that it happened one day before the scheduled fight. But, we at Golden Cage Events, follow a moral code of conduct that was not held onto during the trash talking taking place on social media, before the fight.
As much as the fans wanted to see this fight, we wanted to organize this fight. Both fighters were present in Dubai 10 days prior to GFC and we tried to make it happen by providing financial and verbal support.
Our endless efforts to make this fight happen did not work out and hence Mr. Patrice Quarteron had to be replaced on the very last minute.
Based on the moral ethics and code of conduct we follow, replacing the fighter, was thought appropriate. We wanted to show our beloved fans a glimpse of the fight, that could have been and hence replaced one fighter instead of both, to avoid complete disappointment.
Our utmost priority is to keep our fans and families at home happy by providing quality Martial Arts entertainment.
We promise to deliver a bigger GFC 5!
