Ali took control of his life and made a dramatic transformation. Through the combination of diet and exercise, he was able to lose an impressive 64kgs!
He now feels stronger, healthier and confident.
Weight training and circuits were used to build strength and improve overall fitness, while kickboxing was an engaging way to get a cardiovascular workout while also learning self-defense skills. By combining these different types of workouts, He was able to see incredible results.

GLIDING Nordic curls are perfect to warm up your hamstrings or even throw it in the middle of your workout.
Make sure you move slowly during the lowering phase and the pull back.

Recipe πŸ”½
40g any protein powder (I used
1 tbsp almond flour
40ml coconut milk
Half tsp baking powder
1 tsp peanut butter
1 egg
Voila!
Makes 4, 70cals, 9g protein.
