π From 130kg β 110kg in just 5 months π

Ali took control of his life and made a dramatic transformation. Through the combination of diet and exercise, he was able to lose an impressive 64kgs!
He now feels stronger, healthier and confident.
Weight training and circuits were used to build strength and improve overall fitness, while kickboxing was an engaging way to get a cardiovascular workout while also learning self-defense skills. By combining these different types of workouts, He was able to see incredible results.
Ali was so inspired by kickboxing he decided to get certified in it! This shows how transformative fitness can be, not just in terms of physical health but also in terms of personal growth and development. His certification in kickboxing is a testament to his commitment to his fitness journey and his passion for helping others.

Recipe π½
40g any protein powder (I used
1 tbsp almond flour
40ml coconut milk
Half tsp baking powder
1 tsp peanut butter
1 egg
Voila!
Makes 4, 70cals, 9g protein.
