GrowPod is the first facility of its kind in the UAE. We bring together the best services in Dubai to support you through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond.

We offer pre and post natal fitness, yoga and pilates classes, pregnancy and parenting courses, life coaching and support groups. We have an onsite coffee shop to relax in, and a creche to look after your little one while you take an hour or two for yourself in a class. We can't wait to welcome you to the GrowPod soon!
