Vici hadn’t “let herself go.”

Joking aside…

In perimenopause the biggest focus for your health and wellness needs to be your stress levels.

I know a lot of you ladies are struggling with weight loss but what I see with my clients is the more stressed they are, the less able they are to stick to the plan.

The more balanced they feel emotionally the easier it is to follow through on the plan.

So don’t think you need more restriction for weight loss over 40, you need more emotional balance.

And energy detox will be yield better weight loss results than a nutritional detox.
