Some are dreadful others are exciting.
But certainly they always invite us to delve deeper, reflect and figure out how to get from point A to point B with the best possible way (literally and figuratively).
The brain likes prediction, therefore the more patterns and movement strategies the nervous system builds, the more comfortable it feels about the journey from A to B.
