I'm going to be around in July, I have a short break in Singapore on the 7th July until 15th so I'm available for some classes next week and when I return. It will be a reduced timetable so please send me a message so I can set up a WhatsApp group to encourage you to come and to keep you updated. I'm thinking of doing at least one zumba, one piyo and one HIIT class. If numbers are there I will consider more. Message me your availability and preferences.

That means tomorrow is the final class of a FULL timetable for another summer!!! I have to say I'm one lucky instructor who has had a fabulous turn out of classes during Ramadan and over EID. Thank you so much for you support and your support over past 9 months. I never take your presence in my class for granted , always appreciate it 😘.

Many of you are setting off to cooler climates so safe travels.... but if you around I hope to see you tomorrow.

A great Thursday class today ... ending though in a sad goodbye for us zumba girls ....

Farewell to jackie who has made my job possible .... without her wonderful massaging hands and knowledge I would have been injured or unable to do my job correctly. Her weekly massages made me function 😘!! I'm thankful for that but most of all I'm thankful for our weekly chats and sharing information, experiences on health, fitness, healing our guts, going organic, pure clean healthy eating and also just bringing reality to what can be a crazy Dubai life!!!

And as with any new chapter it's always daunting, scary and sad to leave what we have built behind .... but it will be filled with new and more wonderful people and experiences !! Good luck jackie !!!!
