Palm. Meet Tower.
Four and a half years together, and weโre not done adding to what this studio can do ๐คญ
Tower and Matwork have been on the Downtown schedule since we opened.. itโs always been all apparatus at ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.ยฎ and today, it finally comes to Palm too ๐ซ
This afternoon we had some of our most loyal Palm clients in to try it before it officially opens. The energy in the room said it all!!
Tower is one of the most classical pieces of Pilates apparatus there is; rooted in the original method, deeply therapeutic, the kind of class that reminds you why Joseph Pilates called this work Contrology.
If youโve only ever known the Reformer with us, prepare to fall in love with something that goes even further.
Springs, bars, straps and loops working with your body in every direction. Spinal articulation that actually changes how you feel. Deep postural work that carries into everything else you do.
But Tower at with us isnโt one thing. Depending on who youโre with, you could be in a beautiful classical session - precise, intentional, old school in the best way. Or you could find yourself doing something that feels a lot more like a moving Reformer. Contemporary, dynamic, genuinely spicy.
Same apparatus, completely different energy.

And Matwork is joining the Palm schedule too. Classical Contrology for the purists. Contemporary Mat for everyone who wants to be surprised by how hard the floor can humble you ๐คญ๐

Thereโs something about this community thatโs hard to explain.. but you feel it.
Between Downtown and Palm, so many of you are quite literally our neighbours. Same buildings, same lifts, same morning routines. And somehow, thatโs turned into something much bigger.
When a client bakes banana (& chocolate) bread in the morning and brings it down to share with the studioโฆ it says everything.
No big gesture. Just thoughtfulness. Just care. Just community. โพ๏ธ
Itโs not just a place you come to move. Itโs a place you belong and that we are so proud of ๐
Soโฆ the real question is - quarterly ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.ยฎ bake offs, paired with a complimentary coffee club at the studio.. whoโs in?
