We are both health and fitness enthusiasts who want to help people change their mindset about exercise. Our program is not limited to just boot camp style training (Which includes cardiovascular and strength training) but also a variety of activity th

We want to challenge you to reach to new levels of fitness you didn’t think you could reach. All in a fun, motivating and supportive environment. We will give you all the elements you need to achieve your goals and perform your absolute best. Our Program Consists of:
Cardio training. Strength training. Core Stabilization training. Zumba/belly dancing dancing
and a whole lot of sweat! What do you get out of this? Lose weight and get in shape. Learn about proper nutrition. (Note: Ramadan meal plan will be provided to participants)
Make new friends and become part of a new community. Do something different. The F.I.T Project is open to anyone who has the motivation to make a change. Our program is modified and curtailed to all fitness levels from ages 12 and over. Where? Fear not, we’re indoors. Classes will run in AIM Dance Academy. Business Bay, Executive Towers,

When? Every Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. Starting from the 29th of June till the 15th of July. What time? 10:00-11:00 PM
How much? All for a reasonable price of AED 35. What should you bring? Water bottle(or two), small towel, a mat and a positive mind. Note: Please wear comfortable clothes and appropriate gym shoes.
