And that’s exactly what I’ve been working towards.

For a while, like most people, I chased the “flexed” look. But the truth is — we don’t walk around flexing 24/7. Most of the time, we’re relaxed. That’s when you really see how your physique holds up.

So instead of trying to look good only when tensed up, I shifted my focus to looking and feeling good without needing to flex at all. Why?

Because a flexed physique can still look soft when relaxed — and that can knock your confidence. But if your body looks solid and strong even in a relaxed state, that confidence becomes real. Lasting.
