KP Barbell Course | Two Days of Learning & Growth 💪

Just wrapped up an intensive and highly valuable two-day course with the KP Movement Institute!

Time flew by as we explored the science, technique and biomechanics behind three of the most important strength training movements:

🔹 Deadlift – Mastering the setup, bar path, lifting angles and biomechanics, supported by computer-based movement analysis.

🔹 Squats – Understanding the mechanics of both back and front squats, with a focus on body positioning, joint angles and proper ex*****on.

🔹 Bench Press – Breaking down grip width, bar trajectory, pressing angles, body positioning and the importance of leg drive.

What looks like a simple movement can involve so many technical details. Understanding these fundamentals helps us train smarter, move more efficiently and keep improving as coaches and athletes.

A big thank you to the KP Movement Institute and the instructors for sharing their expertise and providing such a valuable learning experience! 🙏🏼

Always learning. Always improving. 💪
