Sometimes what you interpret as hunger isn’t true physical hunger. Your brain may simply be looking for stimulation, pleasure, or a reward

Looking younger isn’t just about skincare or genetics. Your lifestyle — especially your nutrition — plays a huge role. What you eat affects your sleep, mood, energy, health, and ultimately how your body ages. You can’t undo years of unhealthy habits in a few days. Your body reflects what you do consistently over the years 🇦🇪

Let’s say you’ve been training for 54 days, but you’re not recovering properly. Your body becomes more susceptible to injuries and illness.

When you train, you’re actually creating microscopic damage to your muscle fibers. Those muscles need time to recover.

And when you recover properly, you come back stronger and bigger.

So for me, recovery is absolutely essential. Without proper recovery, you’re not going to get the results you want.

Training stimulates growth, but recovery is what allows that growth to actually happen.

Most people take recovery for granted. They train in a way that’s not natural, they sleep only six or seven hours, sometimes they train both morning and night, and they do a lot of cardio. But the best athletes you see aren’t just the ones who train the hardest — they’re the ones who understand recovery. They know how to eat, they get around 10 hours of sleep, they stay in bed, and they understand how much recovery their body needs and how much they can actually handle. 🇦🇪

Stop wasting your money on collagen supplements. Collagen is still just protein. If you’re already getting enough protein from meat, chicken, eggs, fish, or whey, you’re already giving your body what it needs. Collagen isn’t magic — so think twice before throwing your money away. 🇦🇪

A lot of health problems can be improved simply by losing excess weight and getting the body moving. But it’s not as simple as just going to the gym and working out.

The person training you needs to have real know-how. They need to understand how to work with someone who has a heart condition, an ACL injury, a spinal disc problem, or other physical limitations.

That’s where proper knowledge and experience make all the difference.

If your goal is to stay healthy, look younger, and age well, don’t just focus on calories and protein. Pay attention to the quality of the food you eat.

Choose fresh, minimally processed foods whenever possible. Instead of relying on canned fish, have fresh fish. Instead of opening a bag of chips, buy potatoes and prepare them yourself.

Your health and the way you age are influenced by the details of what you eat every day. 🇦🇪 #40

Don’t blindly trust the hype around peptides. You’re experimenting with your own body, and you may not know the real source of your results—or the long-term consequences 🇦🇪

What if someone is in their 40s and has never exercised in their entire life?

At this stage, the first thing you need to look at is their health. They’re likely carrying a significant amount of visceral fat, affecting areas around the kidneys, liver, and heart.

So the first thing I need to do is address the excess fat in their body.

If they’re overweight — actually, at this point, they may be considered obese — I have one main target: their weight needs to come down properly.

Every extra kilogram puts additional stress on the body.

Imagine having 4 kg of extra load on your knees and 4 kg on your back. Now imagine someone carrying an extra 30 kg.

Their back starts hurting, and they think, ‘There must be something wrong with my back.’

There’s nothing wrong with your back. The solution is simple: lose weight!

And the problem can improve significantly.

At the age of 40, how long should your workout be? The program needs to fit your life — not your life fit the program.

I have a very strong, scientifically designed program, and it covers everything my body needs, but it doesn’t fit my lifestyle.

It says I need to go to the gym, but I’m only free three days a week. It says I need to sleep nine hours, but I’m sleeping four. It says I need to eat five meals a day, but I can barely manage two.

The program has to fit your life. Make sure it works with your lifestyle. Tell your trainer: ‘This is my life, this is how I work, and I’m not going to change that.’ So how are we going to make it work?

We start based on your actual lifestyle. For example, I could give you a program with four or five training days, but you won’t stick to it.

The point is your habits. If training is going to benefit you and going to the gym adds value to your life, then why aren’t you going to the gym even once?
