Definition by Association. Are you a victim of this?
Society has moulded us to define ourselves by the brands we are associated with. If you own a Chanel handbag or drive a Rolls Royce, one might perceive that you are 'successful'.
Such association is the same for people. You are inclined to attach yourself to people you deem as successful as it reflects your worth.
We forget that we, the people, create a person's brand's worth.
Brands are simply perceptions.
Your self-worth is not defined by what you are associated with, but rather by the association you have with yourself.
That you have the OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE and MOULD YOUR OWN WORTH.
YOU are in control of the narrative.
YOU are the voice.
It's time to SHIFT THE POWER back to you.

You’re ability to UNLEARN is just as important as LEARNING.
The purpose of learning is to evolve our belief and we tend to favour comfort of conviction, than discomfort of doubt.
I love the book THINK AGAIN by Adam Grant as it really reinforces the power of confident humility.
That you can believe in yourself to reach your goals, but be grounded enough to question that you might not be equipped with the right tools.

I used to be so cautious of posting bikini pics, thinking it would negatively reflect my brand image in a sexual manner.
And then I was quick to realise that I was judging myself more than others.
I love the beach.
I love outdoors.
And I love wearing bikinis 🤷🏻♀️
There is always a tasteful way of posting things and it shouldn’t limit showcasing your true self.
