Still feeling calm after class at the Address, Dubai Mall this morning..

Turmeric Tea - if you're feeling a little low on energy in the cooler weather, delay your caffeine hit and start the day with a pinch of turmeric. This miracle spice will keep you strong and help you fight off illness.

Mix in hot water for the perfect yogi tea:
- 1/4 tspn of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tspn honey
- 1/2 tspn fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
