Update on the price of cacao ➡️

Starting Monday, October 21st, the bag of cacao will increase to 250aed.
This isn’t a decision I made lightly but out of necessity from running a legit business in the UAE and following the cost of cacao that has skyrocketed this year. I’ve transparently shared all the details on the slides above.

In the meantime deliveries are now free to the UAE with 2+ items in the store 🤎

Our next Moon Ritual with .agullo will be on Wednesday March 8th and I am SO EXCITED we will be doing it in English!
We usually host these gatherings in French but after several requests we decided to open this full moon ceremony 🌕 to our English-speaking friends too 😍

Our Moon Rituals blend the heart-opening energy of the cacao 🍫 to the deep inner connection brought by Kundalini meditations 🧘‍♂️ , wrapped in the loving embrace of sound baths 🎶 . Every ritual is different and tailored to the current energies of the sky.

Every time we’re hosting one I end up in awe at the power of the practice, and of the collective energy! I end up on a little cloud ☁️ full of love ❤️‍🔥

✨ How to do a self-ceremony ✨

A lot of people have been getting cacao to experience it by themselves lately. I love seeing cacao in your home (like in this pic from ), few things bring me more joy that knowing that my friends are taking time to be with themselves.

How to make a ceremony at home? It’s really yours to create, there is no script. The simpler the better. My one rule would be: keep that phone away.

Here is how I like doing a ceremony for myself:

1. Set up your space 🕯️
If you like incense, Palo Alto, frankincense, candles… just lit what speaks to you. The fragrance helps signal my body and mind we’re entering into a sacred time.

2. Get comfy 🥰
Prepare your favorite pillow and blanket, eye mask, set your phone on silent (maybe the most important thing to do), wear that ugly sweater, those fluffy mismatched socks, anything that sounds comfy to you!

3. Drink your cacao mindfully and connect to mama cacao ☕️
Smell it: can you smell the soil of the rainforest? Hear the birds? Feel the sun on your skin? Activate your senses to connect to the cacao tree.
Share your intention with mama cacao: what guidance are you looking for today? Try and drop any expectations. Every ceremony will be different, but likely exactly what you need.

4. Put on a 1-hour playlist and lie down 🎶
It will be the hardest and most important work: staying with yourself and your thoughts, undistracted.
Here are a few prompts to help you connect to yourself:
✨ How to you feel right now?
✨ What are the emotions at the surface of your heart? Unpeel the layers, one by one.
✨ What could help you feel 10% better?
This is the time to engage with mama cacao, keep coming back to your heart and be curious of the thoughts, emotions and images that might arrive. Those are her messages.

If you’re struggling, ask yourself why giving yourself an unconditional 1 hour of time is so hard. This is a gift you’re doing to yourself, but this type of gift can be the hardest to accept. Be curious why 🙂

Les Fées sont un groupe de femmes francophones formidables qui créent des événements autour du bien-être, en langue française.

Chacun de leurs événements est un pur moment de détente, de partage, d’apprentissage, tout ça entouré d’une communauté hyper bienveillante 💕

À chaque fois que j’ai assisté à un de leurs événements j’ai fait des rencontres incroyables, et on sait tous combien c’est précieux quand on est expat !

Ce dimanche, nous partagerons une tasse de cacao cérémoniel ensemble et je vous expliquerai tous les bénéfices de cette plante médicinale, son histoire, etc.

Puis .agullo nous connectera à l’énergie de la nouvelle lune 🌚 via une pratique de yoga doux.

Un moment pour prendre soin de vous et planter les graines de ce que vous voulez voir germer dans votre vie pour le mois à venir.
