Announcement:
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have been given no option but to immediately close the daily operations of GetFitChick. Accordingly, the operations will cease at close of business as of today, Friday February 28th.
I’ve tried my best to fight for a gym that I love and that all of you love too. Very sadly, I can no longer withstand the storm.
It has been an absolute honour coaching all of you. Watching you all transform emotionally and physically has been a joy to me every single day over the last 4 years.
It has been a privilege, a real privilege.

Is your coach taking into account female-specific training? Ovulation, menstrual cycles, different physiology, different physiological responses and more all play a part in how and why women should train differently to men.

We run fun group classes, we forge genuine and real relationships with our clients, we correct + manage + motivate groups of people who want to work out hard! Opportunities to do personal training too!
We are looking for: part-time coach
- someone with movement mechanics knowledge. How to correct movement and cue people when teaching exercises
- someone reliable who can coach every week
- able to manage large groups of people with firmness and a good sense of humour
- a genuinely good person who would like to drink coffee with us every now and then too 😂☕
- crossfit background a huge benefit

Bloating and water retention are one of the most common complaints we hear from women. Being bloated on the daily is not normal, and yes you CAN do something about it.
Bloating can be caused by food, environment, fungal infections, a bacterial imbalance in the gut among other things.
