Learn from your mistakes. Just because you have failed before, doesn’t mean you will fail again.

Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don’t, then who will?

I think I have relaunched ShapedFit already three or four times over the past few years. I still believe in my product and mission and here I am trying once again…
From scratch, after hitting rock bottom. I believe in what I have to offer and I will do my best to succeed this time…
If not now, maybe next time or the time after, but eventually I will reach my goal.

Step-ups are so UNDERRATED!

Step-ups target the quadriceps, hamstrings, here, and gluteal muscles. Plus, you can activate your core to steady yourself and keep balanced.

a) Stand in front of a step, bench or box and place your right foot on it.
b) Lean into the right leg, shifting your weight onto the step without pushing off of your left leg.
c) Drive through your right leg, contracting your right glute to stand up. Without letting your left leg ever touch the step, lower slowly back to the start position.⁠
