I know I know, your Trainer told you Pasta will be allowed as a "Cheat Meal" once you lose that Travel Belly and do 1037 Burpees under 1hour...

Pasta is actually pretty decent and filling source of Carbohydrates.

Of course I'm not speaking about full blown Carbonara or Alfredo topped up with oil and creams that can quadruple the Calories.

Im speaking about regular pasta, plain cooked and than used as a mix with whatever comes to your mind.

INGREDIENTS. โฌ‡๏ธ
In this example I used:
1. Barilla Penne Integralle (pasta) 50g,
2. Fresh Shrimps 200g,
3. Barilla Pesto Genoveze Sause
1tbs,
4. Mozzarella Low Fat (shredded) 20g.
MACRONUTRIENTS. โฌ‡๏ธ
- Total Calories : ~395Cal
- Protein : 62g
- Carbohydrates : 34g
- Fat: 9g

Now real talk. The amount of Fat you'll "burn" during exercise depends on so many factors, and many of them are not even related to the type of workout you'll actually do. Even if we did the most ideal workout purely driven by Fat Oxidation, that means s**t in overall Body Fat Composition and for that Belly that we're trying to lose.

Things like:
1. Quality and quantity of Food that we consume (yeah Calories, bla bla) ,
2. Other Activities (NEAT) including steps you walked, time you spend playing with your kids/ friends, how many hours you spend standing VS sitting...
3. Lifestyle,
4. Sleep
5. Stress etc.

This should be your main focus!

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ.WORKOUT PART. โฌ‡๏ธ

OK ok, enough of "life coaching" here's what I usually do when I'm short of time or/and equipment. Connect 8 exercises in sequence: Lower Body, Upper Body (pull) , Core, Cardio, Lower Body, Upper Body (push), Core, Cardio. And repeat them in streamline fashion choosing exercises and reps as per feeling and availability. Do as many rounds possible in a given time. If you're not absolutely wasted after 4th round - you went too light or took longer brakes.

โ–ถ๏ธ First photo were taken 2 months ago . He had 86kg with 16% body fat.
