Unpopular truth: Dieting can make you lose weight , but it won't change your
body shape. Most people don't
realise it, but their real goal isn't
necessarily 'weight loss, but body
recomposition, and for this goal, the
scale is NOT a good indicator!
When I ask my clients what their goals are ! It is almost always aesthetic. We want abs, bigger glutes, better posture and overall more confidence. It is rarely about the number on the scale.
Fee of my clients told me yesterday everyone is noticing the changes and clothes look better on them but their weight is either the same or dropped slightly ! Guess what ? They are achieving their goal aesthetically but number on the scale hasn’t!
This is why as waist measurements and photos are usually a good indicative of your progress !
Don’t obsess over numbers on the scale !
Be in a slight calories deficit
Lift Heavy
Get enough rest and
Rely on photos over scale 💗💗💗

So blessed to have had the time during lockdown to do another PT course with & being mentored by I initially did my first PT course with mefitpro in 2011 & I am always keen to do more courses. Alex has been such a great mentor and helped me brainstorm and come up with ideas to grow my business .
I’m blessed to say that I really put in the work during lockdown and I have never been busier with work 💖💖
If you are keen on doing a PT course, I honestly recommend as they are really always there to help with questions and dealing with them has been a breathe of fresh air 💪🏽🙌🏽
