Goddess pose๐ ~ we have the power to heal ourself & we need to know that/unleash that ๐๐ป๐ซ
This pose helps to a strengthen the entire body, great for those who have sedentary lifestyle.
It fires up the whole lower body, glutes, hips, thighs, calves & ankles.
Try this pose, takes only 10sec to try ๐๐ป๐ซ , also remember we will always fail in our first attempt ,so keep trying regularly โจ๐ซ
P.S I had to try 20 times to get into a stable pose & a picture ๐คญ๐ค

Excellent for our younger generation, whose sedentary lifestyle has made their back like a sack ;) loaded with stiffness, pain, heaviness and discomfort :)

For Body alignment make sure the wrist and feet are in one line.
The last two pictures shows the misalignment that we usually do, just avoid this by being mindful :)

Virbhadasana 3 , warrior pose 3,
Try this pose, it helps in rebalancing and restoring our energy levels & brings a quick boost to our mood.
Takes 4-5min to practise & itโs okay if we fall while trying ๐
Try to lift one leg (behind) and hands both together as you lean forward, find balance in one leg and be still using your breath. Shift your entire focus to your breath and you shall be able to balance ๐๐ป๐๐ป
