Great memories with incredible people. There isn't much that's more satisfying that watching people succeed at what they love. I'm so honored to be a part of this team 🏋️‍♀️❤️

Got to watch the group train and compete, was given the opportunity to learn so much more about this sport, saw some cool buildings, melted in 40deg heat and 35deg beach water, paid $22 for a beer, nearly died in a cab ride home, and got to be around what has to be the highest production-quality competition I've ever been a part of 💪🏼

thanks for being such a great mentor, friend, coach and for taking me on the journey with you, bud 🤟🏼😏

🏋🏼‍♀️ 95kg CJ 🙈

Wowowow, this came out of nowhere (excuse the soft right elbow). I failed 85kg twice yesterday, missed a close 92kg a week ago. But today I wasn't settling for s**t, needed to make up for yesterday 🙏🏼

Huge confidence booster - 5kg PB and bodyweight is sitting at 60.5kg. Coming for 100kg soon 👊🏼

190kg for 3 reps PB 💪🏼

I'm lucky to be sumo deadlifting once a month right now, so this was a nice surprise. 60.8kg bodyweight this morning, with the intention to keep bulking up 🤤

I miss deadlifts A LOT. If you asked me what I miss most about PL training, it would be these. One day we will get to worlds and bring the goods 🏋🏼‍♀️
