OMG so here I am !!! Eeek

The doors have opened to the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30x30.

Watching this come together for the past week backstage, I can only say hats off to the manpower bringing this all together for us๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

I would be lying if I said I havenโ€™t been feeling a little nervous, this past week. Thank you to my gorgeous family, friends and clients for all the support ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ .

The excitement is taking over the nerves as I am stood in the middle of the biggest fitness event!!๐Ÿฉท

Dubai Fitness Challenge was launched in 2017 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. Itโ€™s a 30 day challenge to get you doing at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.
