Meet Christine! She is 56! 😍

She has been a regular face in my classes for two years.

I’m tired of the narrative that Pilates is just "stretching" or "toning" or for young flexible women. πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

When applied with evidence-based strength principles, it is a powerhouse for building a strong, resilient and capable body. πŸ’ͺ🏽

You don’t have to force yourself into a gym if that feels intimidating or boring. My classes are designed to bridge the gap: we bring in strength principles on the Mat and Reformer to load your muscles and push them close to failure. But we do this in a welcoming and fun environment that is actually fun! πŸ₯³

The 6AM Strength Club is a live online program for busy women who want to get strong, build a sustainable habit of exercise and actually show up for themselves from the comfort of your home. 30 minutes, two times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and you are done before the day takes over!
