Let’s wish TALYA ELKHAYAT the best of luck at the Senior World Cup in Baku! This is her very first Senior World Cup, and a special milestone in her journey.

Her personal coach is Vlada Nikolchenko, who won the bronze medal at the World Championships in this very arena back in 2019. And today, she has returned to the same arena as a coach.

This is a wonderful partnership, and we are proud of you girls! We are proud to be part of 🇸🇾 Forward to new heights 🤍

Rhythmic gymnastics shapes much more than flexibility and strength 🙌🏻

In ARAM Gymnastics Club, girls learn to control their bodies, focus their attention, and work toward long-term goals. Regular training builds discipline, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Over time, this reflects beyond the gym:

> Improved concentration supports academic performance.
> Confidence gained through movement strengthens communication and self-belief.
