FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS SERIES: ROTATE

We often jump straight into workouts…
without understanding how we actually move.

Today, let’s look at the ROTATE — one of the TRX Foundational Movements. 💪🏼

Rotation isn’t just about twisting the body. It teaches you how to:
– build core strength and control
– improve spinal mobility and stability
– generate and resist force safely through the torso and hips
