من التمارين الي وايد أحبها تمرين البلانك،، جدا قوي هذا التمرين ، لانه يشتغلعلى معظم عضلات ومفاصل الجسم، الحلو فيه انك تقدر تسويه في اي مكان ماتحتاج لأجهزة أو أدوات رياضية وفي المقابل يعطينا فوايد كثيرة،، مب بسعلى مستوى الجسم لكن حتى على مستوى المزاج،، البلانك يساعد على الشعوربالانتعاش، يخفف من الشعور بالضغوطات اليومية، وفوق كل هذا يقاومالاكتئاب والقلق. هذا من الجانب الروحي والنفسي.
أما من الجانب الجسدي فله دور كبير لان البلانك يشتغل على معظم عضلاتالجسم واهمها عضلات الcore اللي هي عضلات البطن والظهر ، قوة الظهر منقوة عضلات الcore وكل ما كانت قوية عضلات هذي المنطقة كل ما تفاديتإصابات اسفل الظهر والعمود الفقري..
حتى المفاصل والعظام راح تقوى بممارسة البلانك، لان اسلوب الحركة يخليكتضغط بكل وزنك على العظام والمفاصل المتصلة بالعضلات الشي اللي يساعدفي تطوير وتقوية هاي العظام وهاي المفاصل.
وبالاستمرار على هذا التمرين راح تشوف كيف يقوي من قامة الجسمال(posture) وجسمك بيكون أكثر اتزان وصلابة.
وآخر شي اقولك اياه،، ترا البلانك بعد يحسن من عملية التمثيل الغذائي فيأجسامنا عن طريق حرق الدهون وخصوصا الدهون اللي متمركزة حول البطن.

: Muzzle whiskers are not just hair. They are vissebrae, a sensory organ with a direct link to the brain. Horses use these vissebrae to estimate the distance between their muzzle and an object, such as a water source or the ground when grazing. The horses' eyesight is somewhat limited in certain angles below their head and the whiskers help solve that problem.
Taking away the whiskers will cause your horse to bump his muzzle into things, especially at night, and become insecure and worried.
