Think you're too busy to get in shape?
Tony thought the same thing. Then this happened...
His results were so good that when I shared his progress pics, someone said "That's bull sh*t" or "That's Photoshop".
And you know what? We love that.
Because it shows just how insane Tony's changes were - people literally couldn't believe it was real.
Tony runs his own landscape gardening business. Out grafting all day, every day. While most people finish at 5pm, Tony's still working until 6pm.
Before he started with me?
Killing himself in the gym every day. Avoiding all carbs. Burning out.
Tired. Foggy head. Workouts getting worse, not better.
So what changed?
Simple - we started feeding him properly.
Packed his diet with carbs for energy.
Sorted a simple plan that worked with his busy days.
Now?
He eats what he wants. Enjoys a beer or 2 🍻
Looks forward to training instead of dreading it.

Life changing progress from Dan!

Wild progress coming in from client Michelle Baker

One of my favourite transformations that has come from OT Coaching

Working away from home is hands down the easiest way to get in shape!
I speak to hundreds of men every week across all of my social media platforms.
One thing that holds a lot of you back is the fact that you work away.
Sometimes for a few days at a time, sometimes for weeks at a time.
Let me tell you that you have a huge advantage over anyone else whilst working away.
But Ollie.. How’s that possible?
Because there are zero distractions.
Your life is literally work, Train, Eat and Sleep.
Thats it.
I would say that 30% of our client base work away from home.
This is where they all see the best progress.
The cool thing is, that this allows you to relax a little once you’re home with the family.
This is exactly how Matty Lightfoot has completely changed his body composition over the last 6 months 🤯
By spending up to a month at a time away from home.
This allows him to be laser-focused on his physique goals while he’s away.
Then he can still enjoy meals out and the downtime with the family whilst he’s home.

Everyone say’s “My Family means everything to me”
But the thing is… If your family is everything to you,

Steve had let things slide due to his hectic work schedule.
He had put his own health and fitness at the bottom of the pecking order.
Which led to Low Mood and poor energy levels at the most important time of the day.
His time with the family.
Since November, Steven has Crushed his first ever Fitness Photoshoot 📸
Now he’s currently running through his structured Lean Gaining Phase 💪
But more importantly, he’s performing better in every aspect of his life.

“Last year went on multiple holidays and couldn’t help feel like all other men were in 10x better shape than me”
When Mustaqueem first started working with me he was making the number 1 mistake when it comes to fat loss!
He was doing high reps and low weight to “tone” the muscle.
This is a Myth when it comes to fat loss and frankly.. It needs to die!
If you are not getting an increased amount of stimulus on the muscle on weekly basis. Especially in a fat loss phase, you’re at a huge risk of losing muscle tissue.
So that dream of stepping on the beach with a chiselled physique isn’t going to happen.
You’ll just end up looking slightly malnourished.
We did the complete opposite in Must’s fat loss phase and became freakishly strong whilst dropping body fat.
This allowed Mustaqueem to build lean muscle tissue whilst getting into photoshoot shape 📸💪
