45 min class, that would get you the beach body. This routine is also used for every sport training as conditioning.

The program is a combined routine that mixes TABATA ( time interval training), fat burning, and circuit training all together. It's based on body weight which will increase your core strength and make you stronger faster. Come and try it on Sunday at 7:30 PM in JLT on the grass in between cluster O and P.
