Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it💪

It’s often said that sufficient rest is necessary, just as a well planned work out routine and nutrition.
It’s a very important thing to be considered during any kind of physical training and has many aspects to it.
Rest however does not only refer mainly to rest between sets.
- Rest also means -: Getting enough sleep, providing nutrients to the muscles to heal and grow in the process
Rest also is not training the same body part continuously in a row. And, Overdoing resting between the sets, resulting body to cool down is a BIG NO.
Adequate rest between sets is essential and helps to maintain a high level of force production for the next set. Thus, typical rest periods for increasing strength are - between 30-120 seconds, which is optimal for strength development. However, this may vary depending on age, target and intensity of training
So if you are looking out to enhance strength and knowledge about the right way of training, DM me now and join my program to get started
