We all put pressure on ourselves in some way, shape or form. Some thrive under pressure, others do not. Use it and play to your strengths.

Committing and taking action on your fitness performance goals is putting pressure on yourself to a degree - channel it wisely and start performing at your best.

It may not be the same amount of pressure as the boardroom but with realistic yet challenging goals there will be added incentive to succeed.

Active Recovery Day ☑️

For a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon we switch off a little. Less work and more play.

It goes a little like this:
- My Check In
- Active Recovery Session I
- Sauna
- A few hours work
- Usually an active and competitive activity so I can WIN 🥇
