Active Recovery Day โ๏ธ
For a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon we switch off a little. Less work and more play.
It goes a little like this:
- My Check In
- Active Recovery Session I
- Sauna
- A few hours work
- Usually an active and competitive activity so I can WIN ๐ฅ
(Deep Tissue Work the Night before)
This week it wasnโt overly active but it was competitive as always - the champ is in the buildingggg ๐
