My latest project for aldar featuring our Antarctica climb from last January 2026.

As this chapter with Aldar slowly comes to an end, i wanted to share a few thoughts…

Climbing with Dana strengthened something bigger than a partnership — it built a real sisterhood. The mountains have a beautiful way of bringing people together, stripping everything down to trust, vulnerability, resilience, and support.

Thank you, Aldar, for supporting this journey and for believing in women who dare to take up space — on mountains and beyond.

Onwards, upwards, and onto the next mountain 🔜

Many thanks :

🎥 & the entire Chile 🇨🇱 Team

4 years ago today I stood on of the world 📍 Mt Everest | 16.05.2022 | 630 am

Someone asked me how I truly felt after climbing Mt. Everest and I remember saying :

“I feel reborn.”

Four years later, I still mean it.

Everest changed me in ways I could never have imagined — in the way I treat people, the way I see hardship, the way I hold faith, the way I understand vulnerability and strength. It’s put a lot of things into perspective - the ability of choosing to say yes and choosing to say No.

It humbled me more than it made me proud.

And perhaps that’s the real summit.

For me Everest was just not a historical attempt and then huge accomplishment for me personally. It was the transformation that followed and that I reference everyday in my daily life and work.

Forever more 💫

Huge thanks to my guide for taking me to the top and for pretty much saving my life 🫡

If your dream is to climb Everest one day and you’re reading this , AND serious about climbing - You will climb it. All it takes is patience , mentorship , gratitude and hard work.

And no we’re not a bunch or rich kids who want to pollate the mountain. We’re hard working DREAMERS Who opt for changing the world through our sport. And where it’s optional , I’ll forever opt to climb and then climb and then climb some more.

: My Last Phone Call to my Parents before my Everest Summit Attempt on May 15th | 2022

: my most viral video to date 🤯

Speaking to my parents via satellite phone a few hours before my Everest Summit push on May 15th, 2022.

It was one of the hardest calls I ever made in my life because :
A. I had to NOT cry so my parents who were already terrified wouldn’t lose their minds altogether. Before Everest you are requested to sign a repatriation form so there’s always a risk of death - pretty similar to anything really in life - like driving your car to work everyday. So there was this little wonder if perhaps this might be the final call?🙈

B. The truth of the matter was that I was actually terrified but I was on a journey to just do it anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

A raw video that I constantly go back to to remind myself that despite the fear, faith will always be stronger. Faith in God, faith in the journey and faith that maybe , just maybe everything will turn out way better than you’ve ever imagined.

This is 46 💅

I locked in and trusted the process the past few months.

But does the process know we’re trusting it?

First of all congratulations on embarking on the most important journey of your life yet. I don’t understand how people can have the money and delay such an important journey, but I was guilty too. I did Haj last year at the age of 45 and honestly I wish I had the money or knowledge or education to do it at 25 or 30 for so many reasons.

1. Hajj requires a very HIGH fitness level. Thankfully because I’m always training I didn’t really feel anything but I felt bad for people who had no fitness and had to walk for many hours carrying a backpack that was around 5 - 7 kg so make sure that you’re ready and prepared to walk for up to 4 hours with a heavy backpack
2. Make sure that you have your toiletries like fragrance - free soap, deodorant, sunscreen, body cream, shower gel, and toothpaste.
3. Not everybody who goes to Hajj is actually ready for Hajj so be prepared to exercise your best tolerance level & utmost patience. People will be people and it will be REALLY HARD to deal with MANY.
4. Make sure you have noise cancellation, headphones I used my AirPods Max. They were amazing during the nights in Mina where I had to sleep with over 50 women in one big tent who didn’t necessarily have much respect for the fact that we were sharing a tent or during hajj season.
5. Arafa will be a very long and very hot day. You need to exercise your utmost patience - don’t yell, don’t lose your patience. Don’t lose your temper. It will be very challenging, and God will be testing you but make sure that you have to control your temper.
6. Make sure you have a change of 5 to 6 abayas & make sure to carry panty liners and so you don’t need to change your underwear and carry lots of fragrance free wipes.
7. Make sure you carry a small chargeable fan that will come in very handy even if the AC is on because there are so many people it gets so hot and stuffy
8. Pack running shoes ONLY- you walk for looong hours.
9. Don’t forget your sunglasses and a small umbrella
10. Make the longest possible list of wishes and dreams because God is most merciful, most forgiving and don’t forget the verse : ﴿وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَس

Still processing last night 💫

My first ever in-store talk with the The North Face team… and standing there speaking about my endeavor to complete the Seven Summits , felt surreal.

I haven’t completed all 7 summits yet.

I’m still very much in the middle of the climb, the doubt, the training, the setbacks, the becoming.
But maybe that’s exactly why nights like this matter. Because you don’t have to “arrive” to inspire people. Sometimes just showing up authentically is enough.

Seeing so many women there, honestly meant everything to me.
I hope something landed. Even if it was small. A thought. A feeling. A little voice saying: if she can do it , maybe I can too.

Mountains were never just about mountains for me.
They were always about purpose , a solid cause and a loving community .

Everybody loves the story of the athlete who suffers before achieving their goal , but in reality nobody is willing to suffer.

My decision to post this dramatic video of me crying to my followers, FOUR years ago today, was what changed the course of the success of summitting Mt Everest.

🎥 From my talk at last Feb 2026 , recalling this viral video from May 6th , 2022 , while I was suffering on Everest on my second rotation , exactly 10 days before I managed to somehow stand on top of the world.

I kept a video diary while on Everest and never thought would share this one video.

But I chose to because I felt I owed it to community to really understand what’s going on on Everest.

It wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies and glory - it was blood , sweat and lots of tears.

And where people mock and say but it’s “optional” , true , and that’s why I am me and not them.

Note : all the videos are being shared for my Everest 4- year Summitversary.

Training lately 👋🏼

Nobody taught us nothing about navigating life alone in your 30s and 40s.

But Sports Help.

I’m guessing when I’m doing the things that might not make any sense to anyone ,
It helps me heal.

What are you running away from and how has sport helped?
