Creative Movement is a class specifically designed to help children explore and channel their creative energy alongside their parents.

Drawing them out of themselves and then discovering their inner power by using playful mindful movement and meditation (including Qigong, Laughter, Dancing, Spinning, Mirroring).

There is no pre-requisite for this class, and it is beneficial particularly for children that do not enjoy competitive sports.
