𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇 𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐒
What people call endurance or cardio or conditioning is nothing more than 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡.
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 can be expressed in any repetition range; and once you become efficient/effective at producing high force within that range, you are now also CONDITIONED within that range.
Thinking and doing fitness this way is what I call 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡~𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. —- Amir Siddiqui

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞:
Homogeneity within a complex system accelerates change and heterogeneity decelerates change.
Now, Im going to make a logical leap here and say that this ALSO applies to fitness in this way:
The more regularity, consistency, regimented, and "same-ness" your day to day routine has - the MORE you can 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄 change TO your physical fitness (lose more fat, gain more muscle, get more fit, get stronger etc).
The more CHANGE your day to day routine has the more you 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄 fitness results.
The psycho-social dimension to this comes in the poisonous accumulation of boredom :)
Which is why I am constantly trying to get my clients to train hard enough and diet hard enough 5-6 days of the week so they can COMPLETELY take off from diet and exercise on the weekends.

The principles of exercise and nutrition do not work independant of each other.
They are functionally interdependant.
This interdependant intersectional approach is what allows us to understand good choices from bad, bad choices from good:
when good choices are bad and when bad choices are good.
