Advanced bodybuilding and fitness trainer specialist IFBB From 2005 to 2010 I have been competing in bodybuilding and fitness where I was top 5 in all of the contests, even more top 3 in most of them. 2006.-, Vice champion of Serbia juniors over 80kg IFBB, Champion of Vojvodina in fitness, IFBB and NABBA, 8th place in the world WFF, 2nd place in pairs with Marisela Tolmacev in Greece WFF 2007. - V

The program is working.

Why should we be careful what we think about ❓

Mostly understated question and with no good reason.

Our most deeper thought bring events to our life.

As we think so are we.

Since thoughts create events it is only expected that positive and constructive ideas bring events of the same kind into our life.

If we do not think about what we want, we can not go after it.

If we do not think about what we want, we always get what we don't want.

Create a good self-image to begin with ❗

Self-image is a lot like selfie ❗

What goes into frame stays recorded.

By repeating the same action in the same way, we get same results.

Comfort zone and confronting❗

Everyone speaks of comfort zones and the importance of leaving them.

It is important, no doubt about it.
However, comfort zone needs to be determined in order to get out of it.

Thinking about "status quo" and not changing one single thing ever is a very dangerous comfort zone.

For someone who is about the looks,
leaving comfort zone can be serious functional or endurance training.

For one who is into sprints it can be fartlek training.

For me it is to get into new venture I find risky and challenging ❗

You are about to see even more of it in future.😉

Confront the comfort and get uncomfortable to get to that higher level of awareness❗

Everyone inspires someone ❗

For some he is just one Mr. Olympia, but for me he is a proof of balance and aesthetics.

It is important to value results of others and look up to people.

Samir Banout's mindset and body development speak for itself.

This helps me see myself better with respect to appearence and abilities.

Use the legs , build your back ❗

There are no male and female exercises.

This one- T bar- works well for both men and women if done properly.

T-bar involves posterior chain and develops middle part of the back.

Many over use their biceps , some perform this motion with spine flexion.

Best way is to use your legs to position yourself, be solid and start performing without moving your upper body.

For this ego must go aside.

However no injuries happen.

She increased her T bar for over 15kg disregarding the bar.🏆

This will keep on going 😊

Why is this important ❓

Because setting proper foundation is everything ❗

It takes a bit of time but you get more than you paid for in return ❗
