Meet O X Y M E L: your 2,000-year-old immune shield ๐ฏ
This ancient tonic has been protecting people through cold and flu season since the Greeks discovered it.
Apple cider vinegar + raw honey + powerful herbs = your body's natural defense in a jar.
Here's what goes in:
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Fresh turmeric (sliced)
Orange (sliced)
Lemon (sliced)
Clove
Cinnamon stick
Fresh rosemary
Apple cider vinegar (unpasteurized, to cover everything)
Raw honey
The process:
Pack everything into a glass jar. Cover completely with apple cider vinegar. Seal and store in a dark place for 4-6 weeks, shaking daily. Strain, add honey, mix well. Store in a dark bottle or place.
How to use:
Mix 1 tablespoon in half a glass of water, once a day (morning first thing ideally). .

In 2018, I was running dance classes in Dubai, creating space for women to reconnect with joy, movement, and confidence.
At the same time, I was also navigating a demanding corporate career.
That world taught me discipline, resilience, and how burnout can quietly creep in even when everything looks โsuccessfulโ on the outside.
Today, I stand on stages speaking about holistic health, emotional well-being, and sustainable transformation, based on my own journey, and my clients' too.
