DO CARBS MAKE YOU FAT??
Noo!! Carbs do not make you fat.

Carbs alone will not cause weight gain. Too many overall calories will. The issue is that carbs are delicious so most people who are eating too many overall calories happen to be getting those calories by eating an excessive amount of carbs hence they gain weight.

Self improvement update.

WEEK 0: 102 kgs
WEEK 6: 92 kgs

It’s super gratifying to put these side-by-sides together, even if the progress in this one is like 40% of my real goal.

This transformation is prolly one of my hardest, Since i’ve hit triple digit weight first time in the past 8 years. Had to change this & was just waiting for the right mindset.

Currently training in a
2 days ON - 1 day off upper body lower body split majorly focusing on load,intensity & volume on power lifts.

Reps & more frequency on accessory lifts with .adi

4 sessions/week for kickboxing majorly focusing on endurance & mobility.

The deficit however is still exactly the same as day 1 haven’t really dropped anything on the caloric end.

Gotta kill this in the coming 8 weeks 🙌🏻💯

- Carbs: 27 g⁣⁣

⁣⁣Q: Soya has oestrogen? GIVES YOU MAN B***S??

Soya does not contain estrogen . Soya contains Isoflavones as Phytoestrogens (Plant Estrogen ).

Our oestrogen receptors have a weak reaction with these Isoflavones.

Understand this a 80-85 kg male would need over "1kg Soya chunks daily" to develop man b***s .Those who eat it daily know how hard is it to eat even 100 grams of raw soya daily.

Hence, Soya is an amazing source of vegetarian protein.
