Nothing fancy , away from the fast-paced and luxury of the city, let’s go back to basic by surrounding ourselves with nature to relax and build real connection with people.

Day Retreat Includes:

▪️Transportation from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah and back (pick up and drop off point in Dubai TBD)

Sun Salutation A is a series of 12 poses link to one another that creates a graceful flow. Each poses are coordinated with breath - inhale as you extend and exhale as you fold. It’s a great way to warm up the body and it can help build strength and increase flexibility.

Breathing sometimes goes unnoticed since it’s always there. Paying attention to your breathing is a great way to have an insight on how you feel.


Stressed and anxious? Our breath are usually faster and more shallow.


Feeling relaxed? We usually breathe more deeply and slowly.
