Do you agree?
The positive effects of the right Food and Fitness for you is not always obvious in a photo.
I posted this before and after photo yesterday. The first photo is from 2 years ago and the other one is from last month.
My goal was nothing to do with weight loss but I set myself a challenge to improve my upper body strength.
Over the last 2 years I have experienced improvements to my health with benefits of reduced stress levels, improved quality of sleep, reduced fatigue to name a few.
I find that when clients approach their food and fitness from a starting point of a health goal rather than a weight loss goal their food and fitness journey is far more fulfilling.

What has been your experience with yoga?
From reducing stress to improving range of motion and flexibility, there is no doubt that yoga's benefits have been experienced by many.
I am a huge fan of Yin Yoga and practise weekly along with being a qualified instructor. I discovered Yin Yoga after a lower back injury and contribute much of the rehabilitation and improvement in my sporting performance to this wonderful practise.

Are the ingredients on your dinner plate locally sourced?
The beauty of TUSCANY is local produce is in ambundance. The steak is from the butcher across the road from my apartment. The butcher is also the local farmer whose cattle are reared locally. The only fruit and vegetables I can buy are what is in season. The olive oil is producd less than a mile from the village.
This is sustainability at its best. Real food has such a positive effect on our bodies and mind. All the ingredients are easy to source and all can be easily pronounced 😂
Eating well does not have to be complicated, keep it simple.
Steak
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Basil
Lemon
Olive oil
= Delicious REAL Food.
