That's right, I believe we are many versions of ourselves; we just need to feel good in our best version and know how to deal with it when "other versions" come to visit us. I love traveling with good company (other people), but I love traveling alone even more. On trips, I always refine my best versions and listen to who I don't like to be, and I learn a lot from who I don't like to be.
