Being able to move well.

And with consistency, discipline and fitness?

These things respond to how you live every single day
Especially after 40
Fitness is not punishment
It’s maintenance
It’s protection
It’s self-respect
And honestly…
the women who age the best are usually not the women with “perfect genetics”
They’re the women who stayed active
Built muscle
Managed stress
Took care of themselves consistently ⏱️
Your body is constantly adapting to your habits
So stop using genetics as an excuse
And start using movement as your advantage 💫
