Important call for Valeryja Yuzvjak, Ukranian National Team Gymnast, twice European Champion, silver medalist in European games, bronze medalist in World Championship .
Our Valerya , beautiful person, wonderful friend, talented gymnast is giving hardest battle of her life, she has sarcoma, a type of cancer.

We invite our community to support our young Valeryja during her hard times. Valeryja has to go under operation in Germany commencing this week and she needs your help to afford her very expensive, 100.000 US Dollars medical treatment.

🧐Rhythmic Gymnastic in Olympic Games
🔍In 1984 the rhythmic gymnastics competition was included in the Program of Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
🤸🏻♀Since then, rhythmic gymnastic has been a part of Olympic Games Program.
👩🏻Only Women took part in the competition of rhythmic gymnastic.
🥇🥈🥉In this kind of sport, participants compete for two sets of awards:
⁃ In individual
⁃ In a group team
The competition in a group team was started only in 1996.
🤸🏻♀In individual program gymnasts compete with a hoop, a ball, clubs and a ribbon.
🔍Every 4 years; FIG choose new apparatus for group team, which being included to the Program of Olympic Games and two new kinds of apparatuses for the group competitions.
🥇Lori Fang, a Gymnast from Canada was the first Olympic Champion.

Our gymnasts took part in the online competitions of the Anna Rizatdinova Academy which took place on December 14, 2020, where our girls won prizes🥇🥈🥉🏆

🔎THE HISTORY OF RHYTHMIC GYMNASTIC

🖋The first evolution of rhythmic gymnastic is associated with the name Fransua Delsart. He had thought that all of peoples’ experiences could be shown through the dance with music. His work is named “Grammar of Artistic Gesture”. It was like physical education.
📌These ideas influenced the art of a famous dancer Aysedora Duncan. Her movements, flexibility and dances showed rhythmic gymnastic (1878-1927).
📚Artistic gymnastic had developed together with the art of dance in 19-20 centuries. The founder of artistic gymnastic was Jaque Dalkross (1865-1914).
📄Few years later, the schools of “artistic movement” was created. In factories and workplaces people did acrobatic, artistic gymnastic and other like physical education.
In year 1935, Rhythmic gymnastic as a separate sport was founded in “ High school of Artistic Movement” with the help of the ballet dancers of Mariinsky Theatre. The first recognition of specialists in the area of rhythmic gymnastic was in year 1938.
🔎It was from 1967 when girls started to do the group routines.
🔎Since 1978 European Championships is being held annually.
🔎Since 1980 Rhythmic Gymnastic was included in the Program of Olympic Games.
🔎And in year 1984, 50 years after it was created; rhythmic gymnastic had joined Olympic games in Los-Angeles
❤️Rhythmic gymnastic is developing rapidly nowadays.
Rules are changing every 4 years along with Olympic Cycle.
💪🏼Leaders of Rhythmic Gymnastic are countries like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel, Bulgaria and now Japan too.
