I’m proud to say that I took my passion to the next level in Triathlon sport by being one of few Arabs/Women IRONMAN’s Certified Coaches in the world and that something I couldn’t even imagine or dream.
My passion for the sport push me to share the happiness, healthy life, and healthy body to others in professional way and that will happen only by learning, practice and test to get the best of me so I will be able to change others lives.

the highest mountain in UAE, was a mountain that I for the longest time was scared to ride, going up is very challenge while going down is even scarier.
Today, I managed to get over my fear. I accomplished the climb of 1,400 meters with my bike. What a an amazing feeling when we conquer our fear.
