This summer we bring you Art of Living Youth courses in two locations in Dubai!

The ART Excel (for kids aged 8-12 years) is an Art of Living program for our precious children which enable them to handle negative emotions such as fear, anger and frustration in positive ways.

The YES! (for teens from 13-17 years) is a fun and challenging life-skills program that provides young adults with practical knowledge and effective tools to reduce stress, manage emotions, and develop social and leadership skills.

YES children from Ghusais Centre conducted an Awareness Drive on Plastic Pollution at SNF Family Fun Fair !!

Children had a good opportunity to interact with new people , plan a quiz walk and execute it , conduct an impromptu on-stage quiz ... and assist in a Yoga session too !!!

Good fun learning experience !!
