Mums & Tots

Exploring your child’s natural physicality can not only be important to their development, but can be a great bonding experience for you. Our mums & Tots classes are designed to be fun, sensory and build a confidence with expressive movement. Obviously when we say mums, we mean mums dads, and anyone lucky enough to have time to spend with a baby dancer, can join these sessions! Kids H

Our Mums & tots class is a fun, creative and educational dance class, which is suitable for babies walking with support to pre-school (age 4). The class aims to develop the child’s gross motor skills, co-ordination, creativity, and physical fitness as well as improve listening and communication skills. Children will be encouraged to move creatively using different themes and props such as ribbons, scarves and pom poms to aid inspiration and to help guide their movements. Children will also learn basic dance steps and actions that accompany traditional nursery rhymes and popular children’s songs.
