To all my yogis and yoginis... tonight I was invited to the pre launch of Juice Plus which i will be sharing with all of you soon. As a yoga teacher i have always tried to look after my nutrition and i thought my nutrition values were aligned until tonight at the pre launch. I have noticed how much i was missing out thinking i had the right information but now i know i can add into my life style all i have learned today with Juice Plus.
