You're telling me healthy food doesn't taste amazing!?
Not learning to cook properly is probably the biggest downfall for clients. If you make a salad that has chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes and salt on it then your going to drive yourself crazy and have a strong negative relationship with food, thinking that bad food tastes good and healthy doesn't.
