3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42.4km run.

A day filled with tears, suffering and so much pain. But equally a day filled with grit, hope and a strength I never knew existed.
To , thank you for your neverending belief in me. To it takes a village, and I am so grateful for this village. And to - how lucky I am to have found someone to do life (and all these crazy adventures) together with.

3rd ever 70.3 but make it the 70.3 World Champs in Taupō 🇳🇿🖤 The most incredible event made even more special racing back home with so many epic ladies and to be able to share the day with my family was icing on the cake 🥹
If you had told me in 2022 when I first started giving triathlon a go that I’d be here, I’d say there’s no way. Couldn’t swim for even 20 metres, couldn’t really ride a bike (swipe for the throwbacks 💀) but there’s something so awesome about being a beginner and seeing what happens when you just keep showing up.
Massive thank you to and the team - couldn’t think of a more lovely bunch to train and share the journey with 💙 and of course (mechanic, emotional support, cheer squad leader, and all around good egg) - lucky to do life with you and all our crazy adventures 🥹❤️

The goal this morning was to see what the legs could do over 10K in a race environment. My first ever 10K race and first ever podium!! 🥳
Came away with 3rd 🥉 female overall, 1st female 20-29AG 🥇 with a 10K PB at 46:01. Some more work to be done because I reckon there’s still some pace to be found, but not too shabby for a Sunday morning 😜 Shoutout to for always believing in me even when I don’t believe in myself! And even better to do it with and see him smash his race too ❤️
Full focus for the next week of training and the next race 🚀

Last week marked teaching 1000 RIDES for me at .uae 😱🍾
These past 1000 RIDES we cheered each other on, pushed each other to reach new heights, sang our lungs out until those forehead veins popped (ifkyk)🥲 and showed up for each other through everything.
More than anything, this job is life changing. Not because of anything else other than all of you. Because of this community. Over 3 years now of building a family.
