Good bye 2025… looking forward to 2026🩷
This is just a simple warm-up before our yoga flow — stretching out the back and shoulders, while lengthening the hamstrings, obliques and inner thighs. 🌿
You can also add it to your 10-minute morning stretch to start your day feeling open and energized. ✨
A few mindful movements can make a big difference in how your body feels all day.

Core strength vital for overall health and performance, because it supports your spine improves balance and posture.
When you have strength, you have more control to hold your postures .
This flow is great for lower back but only after a warmup, and if needed blocks may be used to assist if your range of movement is limited .
You can either create a flow with these postures repeating the exercise 3 to 5 times or hold each posture for 5 to 10 breaths .
Keeping mobile, strong and flexible is so important as we get older.
When something goes wrong, and your range of moment is impaired it can be frustrating. Or a wake up call.
An impingement on my bicep tendon prevented me from doing certain MOVEMENTS* and strengthen postures.
I thought it was holding me back, but i now realise it was teaching me so much more.

Sometimes we get frustrated for no reason. When you feel sad or depressed, the stress of grief can hike the hormones, especially cortisol, and cause severe heavy pain that you feel in your chest area.
YOGA PRACTICE IS EQUIVALENT TO ANTIDEPRESSANTS. The fact that Yoga is good for the spirit isn’t a stretch anymore. Practicing Yoga can have the same effect on a chemical in your brain (called a neurotransmitter) involved in depression and anxiety as antidepressants can.
